Hi there! According to a Content Scripter, Ash isn't supposed to give you a 3rd time syncable/shiny reward. Some bosses really aren't meant to give you Syncable 3rd time rewards or shinies.

the problem is not so much the one that syncable/shiny reward but it did not appear the pokes that it gave me in the pc
