Hi there. Please do note that seen data is different from caught data. Seen data simply makes it so the pokemon is no longer grayed out in your pokedex. However, if you have the caught data of a pokemon, it'll have a pokeball icon on it on your pokedex. Please take note of this when trying to do legendary quests.
