I can't login sometimes and it says you have already logged in. And even if i somehow manage to login,game stops automatically in 5-10 min. Then it continues to crash.

Is there anyone using my account or what? Or am i banned or something?

I just now asked in game if anyone else facing this problem but they said their game is working fine. Then why its only happening with me?

I'm extremely sorry about the issues you've been having. You should restart the client when you receive this prompt. Also, if you were banned, it would say so on your dashboard. This appears to be caused by an issue with your connection.

 

If you're using a VPN or proxy, you should try playing without it. You can also try restarting your router to see if this helps the issue.

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

Hi. My playtime is 790 hrs+ and throughout my journey i have been playing on same mobile.Also i use mobile data so there is no problem in connection as far as i know. But since problem is not with the android client, it seems my mobile is having problem or something. I'll get it checked.
