Hi there. It's not per IP, it's per person. Also, the IP will not be banned, but rather the person. You're free to install PRO on your computers. However, please do note that in the rare event of grave misconduct by one player, there is a possibility that there may be complications with regards to the ability to connect of the other players in your internet cafe.
