I have lost my master balls, when i try to catch heatran i've lost them, i think that maybe i "use that in other pokemon" but i check for sell rcs and lost them too :c ¿its a bug? I need help.

I'm sorry about this inconvenience. When you start the Heatran Quest, your rare candies and masterballs are temporarily removed. The reason for this is to make it more challenging. Your items will be returned afterwards when you speak with Buck inside Stark Mountain Main Cavern. For more information about this quest, you can review this guide.
