I recently caught Suicune but I want to catch Entei now ..it is possible ??

Hi there. Unfortunately, you can only catch one of the three dogs. If you already have Suicine, you can no longer catch Entei or Raikou. This is to preserve the value of Legendaries. If you need help with the Legendary Dogs quest, please check out the Legendary Megathread. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.

actually i have now water bell now (only water bell now .. not caught suicine yet) .. can i exchange it with the bell which is needed for entei.. ??

Hi there. If you simply only have the bell, you can change it ONCE by talking to Assistant Davis at the Bell Tower Barrier Station 1F. For further information, please check out the Legendary Megathread linked in my first response.
