Downloading issue .dll

Hello. I am a new player and one not very technically inclined. I am trying to download the game but everytime I do it states that Unityplayer.dll is not found and it may resolve with reinstallation. I don't know what happened during the installation process that would cause this. if it matters I did accidentally download the mac version when I have a windows pc for the 1st attempt. Thank you for your time and help.

I'm sorry about this frustrating situation. Depending on your OS, please follow the steps in one of these guides:

▪︎ Win10 Crash Fix

 

If this does does not resolve your issue, try the following steps in order:

1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2. Disable anti-virus program

3. Restart computer
