Filda Posted August 21, 2018 Share Posted August 21, 2018 As the title says, I lost my entire game progress T.T It's been a while since I last logged into PRO (when there was server RED, BLUE, YELLOW). I wanted to give it a second try today, just to find out, that I am starting from scratch. I can't login to the Silver server because it says "invalid username or password", only Gold server works. I had so much done already, I was at the elite four, a level 100 Charizard. How is it possible that I can't login to the second server and that I lost all my progress? Luffy0209 Posted August 21, 2018 Share Posted August 21, 2018 Hi. 1. Red and blue servers are merged together and now it 'silver server'. 2. Yellow server have been named as 'gold server'. 3. If your account was on either on red or blue server then you should merge your account here in forum. You will have to log onto dashboard and merge your account. 4. If your account was on yellow server then your all progress should be still there. 5. Please someone help me :( Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress.
