Hi there. As quoted from our games rules,

3. Account sharing isn't recommended but allowed none the less. Any infraction done on your account is the responsibility of the account owner and punishments will be issued to the account no matter who was under control at the time.

 

Please take note of this before you share your account. You are also allowed to trade your pokemon and have them trained for you. However, another person cannot play for you in Ranked PvP. Please see our PvP Rules for more details. Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

As stated earlier, you are allowed to trade your pokemon to him and have him level it for you. Please be sure to take screenshots of the transaction in case the opposite party does not honor his word.
