Heyah.

 

So after quite a long time, i'm finally free with studies, found a job, and now i'd like to play again PRO since i've way more free time.

So to give an idea, last time i've played, it was still about Red / Blue server.

 

So i connected to the "Account" tab here, to merge my account from the blue server with my main account (Red server).

 

After that, my account is present to the Silver server.

 

But when i try to log in, no way, saying Invalid username or password.

 

Of course i'm SURE to type it well, since i'm able to log-in in the "Account" tab and here in the forums. And yes, I did a password reset a few hours ago

 

Any help ?

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.

Still doesn't work. No way to get online.

Hi there. Can you please try to reset it again. Please take note that the reset only works if you've done it AFTER the merge. If you changed it to get access to your account in the first place, you'll have to change it again. Also, your login details on the forums and the dashboard differ, therefore being able to log into the forums doesn't necessarily mean you are able to log into the dashboard.

And i'm aware of that, i can access forum + dashbord without any issue.

Not the game.
