I recently redownloaded the game after not playing for a few months, it asked me to merge my accounts and I did so, however I'm still unable to log onto silver server, I asked for help on the discord and I was told to reset my password, redownload the game, make sure I was merged ETC. After doing all that I was still unable to log in so I was advised to make a post here, which is what I'm doing now, My username is MrSnarkington. I am still able to log onto gold server fine, but I'd like to use the server with all my progress saved, so I'd like to get this issue solved quickly, thanks in advance. :)

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.

Well I am able to log into the Silver server now, my previous password was not alphanumerical, but it worked fine for logging into the gold server, is there any reason the difference matters? regardless I can log in now, so the issue is resolved, just curious.

Hi there. There isn't really much of a difference. However, it being alphanumerical ensures that your password is read properly by the database. You could log into Gold because it didn't require a merge, unlike Silver.
