Hi, just some quick questions i dont find answer about :

- Is there some kind of "hidden rating" besides PvP points that affects the number of points we win or lose per match (like on lol if u ever played it) ? Like your gain increase if you have high winrate or if ure on a winstreak and decrease when you're on losestreak ? For the moment ive only been earning exactly 16 points.

 

- When do PvP seasons begin and end ? Each month ?

 

- The ladder on the website, IS it the ladder of previous season or current season ? If it's current, how often IS it updated ?

I will try to answer all of your questions to the best of my ability. :)

The rating is calculated based on your current rating, the rating of your enemy and if you win/lose. Kaminokage made a website to help you calculate your possible gain/loss during Ranked PVP.

 

- When do PvP seasons begin and end ? Each month ?

We aim to end it on the first day of each month.

 

- The ladder on the website, IS it the ladder of previous season or current season ? If it's current, how often IS it updated ?

It is the current up to date version and it should be updated quite often, sadly I have no accurate time for you but it should be updated at least a few times a day.

My best guess is either every 15minutes or every hour but I am unsure about that.

Ok i see, so you can actually meet people ranked higher or lower than you if nobody's of your ranking is searching for matches, makes sense

Yeah the system still tries to match you with equal opponents that are currently in the queue but that is not always possible. This is also a reason why matches like 500 vs 1 rating can happen. :)
