I'm feeling lost

Hi everybody.

 

I'm feeling lost in the game, my main goal is to pvp, but I'm having some difficulties. I did beat all regions, I have sync Natus, I have false swipe, but I'm struggling to level up my new pokes to 100 (Magikarp and Sneasel) and put a basic team together. At the moment I'm trying to get access do Cerulean cave, but I can't beat Lance, his pokes outspeed all my pokes, and I can't beat his third poke, it's dark/dragon. My team is Starmie, Dragonite, Mamoswine, Seaking, Golem and Gallade.

 

What's the best approach here?

Hey there! Usually, there are different strategies for bosses. As taken from the "How to beat every boss guide", the suggested pokemon in the team is Forretress, Weavile, Conkeldurr, Seaking. You can read more about how to defeat Lance in the guide here. It also gives a thorough explanation on what to do with said pokemon. Don't forget to take some restoration items like potions and revives. Leveling up can be done in Dragon's Den or in Mt. Silver while you still don't have access to Cerulean Cave.
