I tried to contact [deleted] as well as I thought it is happening because of the internet issue. However, may I know the proper reason? In order to better assist you, would you please provide more details about this issue? If your other account was originally played on the Blue or Red server then you will need to merge. You can do this by logging into your dashboard. Please be careful to select the correct account as your main. Choosing the wrong account as your main will result in you story data being lost. You can find more detailed information about the merge errors here. For other information in general, you can view this post. If you have already merged and receive a prompt that states, "Invalid username/password," then you need to change your password to something alphanumerical. You can do this here. Also, please keep in mind that advertising on the forums is not allowed. Your forum account will be suspended if you continue to do this. Please let me know more about this problem.
