I can't be able to log in with my another account and I don't understand the reason of it. I tried to contact [deleted] as well as I thought it is happening because of the internet issue. However, may I know the proper reason?

I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. In order to better assist you, would you please provide more details about this issue? If your other account was originally played on the Blue or Red server then you will need to merge. You can do this by logging into your dashboard. Please be careful to select the correct account as your main. Choosing the wrong account as your main will result in you story data being lost.

If you have already merged and receive a prompt that states, "Invalid username/password," then you need to change your password to something alphanumerical. You can do this here.
