Hi there. Azumarill is able to learn Belly Drum as an egg move in every daycare for 15k. To access the daycares, you'll need to have completed the Egg Moves Quest. Below is the locations of the Daycares in PRO.

-Route 5, Kanto

-Route 34, Johto

-Route 117, Hoenn

-Solaceon Town, Sinnoh

-Four Island, Sevii Islands

Hi there. I've checked it myself and Azumarill is indeed able to learn the move at the Egg-Move Tutor. Therefore, please be sure to check again. Also, I'm gonna need a screenshot of the moves list for your Azumarill at the Egg Move Tutor, not its Pokemon Information Card.

Hi there. If you feel that your ban is unjust, you may speak about it in your appeal. Please take note that if your appeal is locked, it is the final decision and you must wait out your punishment.
