Questions from a end 2016 player returning

Hi, I used to play till atleast Nov. Of 2016. I stopped playing shortly after the end of Vulcan island event. And I downloaded the game again. I have few questions. Thanks in advance for answering.

 

1) was there a hard reset? Because I tired logging in the character creation screen popped up

 

2) which server should I choose, silver or gold? I tried logging in with my old id and I couldn't in silver, in gold character creation screen came.

 

3) what's the difference between the 2 servers?

There is no reset and no difference either, you just need to set your old Red/Blue ID into Silver first.
