I already did that like Piine also said that before. Actually i tried it 3 times, uninstalling app, clearing all pro data, download from latest link and install it. But results were same. It keeps crashing

▪︎ Are you using Proxy?

Try not using it, and then test again

 

▪︎ Are you trying to play at home/work/school?

Your school/work or any public connection, they could have had their IP blocked already or be blocking the game on their network.

 

It could also be your provider blocking the game, which case you could try contacting your internet provider.

I don't use proxy.

I'm playing at home.

I live in India and use 'Jio' sim card and have been using it for months now. I don't have any network issues here.

Also i again remind that game was working fine.Crashing started few days ago. 1st i thought its android clinet problem like we faced in 'root' update just awhile ago. But other android client users not facing any problem as far as i know. Its just me

Oh yeah, now I see. Yeah that's a bit normal as sometimes the servers do have hiccups. Unless if possible, it could probably be your connection as well. Maybe check in with your Internet Provider if there any issues with your network connection?

I wasn't able to record somethings like sometimes crashing happens like per minute. Also sometimes after getting logged out i can't login. It says- already logged in. When 1st time this happened,i got scared. I thought someone else is using my account

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes, depending on the conditions on your end and ours, it may cause crashes. We're always working on server stability however it isn't perfect and may still cause some crashes. Nevertheless, I'm glad to hear that you've resolved your issue now.
