It seems as if you do not have a Bicycle on this account or even started the quest, could you please attach screenshots of your dialogue with the Youngster in the house right of the pokecenter? Joltyena Posted September 28, 2018 Share Posted September 28, 2018 Seems you haven't done the quest then, what you need to do is catch a Ditto with your OT and give it to Samuel. Once that is done, Samuel will give you a bike voucher to go ahead and buy a bike. You will need 60k in order purchase the bike in Cerulean. Please turn in an OT Ditto to the youngster to get the Bike Voucher. Afterwards, you can get a bike for 60k at the Cerulean Bike shop.
