It doesnt work , i had a red server version and now its gold and silver. I make a new account en downloud it. But i cant get in the game. After click on silver or gold i only see black screen..... ik heb een account gemaakt. Maar ik kan het niet spelen. Na het kliken van gold of silver kom ik niet in het spel. Hij laat alleen zien dat die aan het laden is wat die niet doet

I see you that you are talking about the “Red” Server.

 

If you haven’t realize, the Administration merged both the “Red” and “Blue” Servers into to now “Silver” Server.

 

To be able to play on “Silver” you must merge your “Red” and “Blue” server accounts through the Account Dashboard.

For the second, try making sure your antivirus or computer’s ports are letting your game client connect to the server.

Ik zie je dat je het hebt over de "Rode" Server. Als u het zich niet realiseert, heeft de administratie zowel de "rode" als de "blauwe" servers samengevoegd in de nu "zilveren" server.

 

Om op "zilver" te kunnen spelen, moet u uw "rode” en "blauwe" serveraccounts samenvoegen via het Account Dashboard.

Ik hoop dat dit je eerste probleem oplost. Probeer voor de tweede te zorgen dat de antivirus- of computerpoorten uw gameclient verbinding laten maken met de server.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here!

 

If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress.
