First, thank you for your interest in the game although I apologize for anything that seems to be lacking. Keep in mind that this game is in BETA. It is not finished with updates. New features, moves, abilities, etc. continue to be added. You can view these changes in the Update Log here.

 

As for your suggestion regarding mega evolutions, they will be in the game very soon. They have been worked on and are almost ready to be introduced to the community. A specific date has not been given for their release. For any updates about them, you can join the PRO Discord server as well as keep an eye on the announcements.

 

There are multiple side quests and activities available that may interest you until mega evolutions are available. These include but are not limited to the following:

 

 

• Excavations in Hoenn which have a cool down of 22 hours
  
• Bug Catching Contest in Johto which has a 24 hour cool down
  
• Pewter Museum Fossil Quest in Kanto
  
• Psyduck Quest
  
• Pinkin Island Quest in Kanto
  
• Nap Island Quest which is between Johto and Hoenn
  
• The Egg Move Quest which will give you access to the Daycare and Cerulean Cave.
  
• Battle Tower in Sinnoh which has a 4 day cool down
  
• Honey Trees that can reward rare Pokemon
  
• Bosses generally have a cool down of 12 days. Winning 3 times consecutively allows you to choose a reward.
  
• Legendary Pokemon that can be caught after meeting certain requirements
  

 

 

Again, there are other quests and activities aside from these. You will have access to Battle Tower and more once you complete Sinnoh. PRO also has events such as Vulcan Island that took place over the summer. There will be more, however, a specific date has not been given for the next one. You can also participate in events found on the forums here.

 

Many players become active in guilds. You can view different guilds here if this is something that interests you. Some hold their own events. You can apply to a specific guild on its designated thread, or you can post that you are actively looking to join a guild here.

It would be good for some people who like a mega aesthetically, or for pvpers (definitively not for me, megas, along with z moved ruined pvp imo).

 

But not less boring, it's not like they would do something other than normal pokemon would.

As you stated, mega evolutions would be good for pvpers. A notable amount of the community is involved in PvP. Mega evolutions add diversity, allowing players to experiment more when creating teams. It's known that they are generally great for PvP which differentiates them from normal Pokemon to an extent.

 

However, staff members are also aware that many players are not involved in PvP. We do aim to add content based on this. The listed activities/quests in my above response are relevant. Also, this is a reason why PvE coins were introduced. It made it possible for players to earn coins that can be exchanged for special mounts, reroll tickets, etc. which is similar to PvP coins.

 

You are always welcome to make suggestions in this forum. Please let us know if there is anything that you feel would be enjoyable for the game. Although every idea is not accepted, they can potentially be reworked to better fit PRO.

Yeah I know, personally, I do pvp quite a lot, but still dislike megas. What I said was an answer to what the OP said, "Add megas so the game is not so boring." Which for me, is a dumb reason to add megas, lol.
