Oh, if I remember correctly, they said they are doing planned revamps on him? Been a while, but heard of that.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The Arkos boss was a boss during the Summer Event, Vulcan Island. However, the Arkos boss is still in Vulcan Cave B1F. The NPC in Eterna City is a place holder for when the boss is moved. Unfortunately, there is no ETA as to when the boss will be moved and available for challenging again. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs and in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for updates regarding PRO.
