Do you have proof of the bid? You've made trades with Partho since the final bid but haven't traded the Scyther yet. If you can't provide a reasonable explanation, or provide proof that you have traded the Pokemon/ trade agreement was broken, I will have to take this auction to the Trade Moderators as it's considered fake auctioning (Using your friend to make high bids for your auction).
