Party bug: Can't remove or sort the 2 first Pokémon in my party

Hello, I haven't been around for some time and some months ago, I've opened the client and noticed that I couldn't sort the 2 first Pokémon of my party. Thinking that it was a casual bug, I haven't reported it. Now that I installed the game again, I notice that the bug is still present.

 

I'm playing in Silver Server, IGN: Jahus, location: Sinnoh

 

I should be available today, if someone can help with the issue.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is usually an issue caused by the merge. I've moved your pokemon to your PC. It should be in the last few slots and should be locked as you're in the Sinnoh Story. Can you check that for me please?

Thank you, they've been correctly moved. However, I don't understand why they are marked as they were from Kanto. Do you mean that they were caught there and appeared in my party after the merge? (I don't remember what Pokémon I've had there before.)

Hi there. By Kanto pokemon, I mean that yes they were pokemon caught in Kanto from your account before the merge. Is there anything else you'd like to ask?

(Yeah, I've seen "Kanto" now that they are locked. I was just wondering how they could be there.)
