Perhaps it can be added in the future, but for now there isn't a spawn. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in our Spawn Changelog and in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for updates regarding PRO. You may also use the ^s <pokemon/area> command in #bot-commands to see where a pokemon can spawn. Nevertheless, you have a chance to get Karrablast from winning the Bug Catching Contest at First place. This Karrablast also has a 1/4096 chance of being shiny instead of the regular. Karrablast simply needs to be traded for it to evolve into Escavalier. For evolutions coded differently in PRO, you can check out this guide.
