The eevee will be sold to the user who met the insta price as it was set in buyers-sellers Pm's. The insta price set in Pm's was 7m and the rightful owner is Shadowkarina. Several Rules are violated here and further action will be taken. 4. When a deal has been agreed upon, by both parties, you can not go back on it. A deal is done once both price and location of the trade are agreed upon, or an insta price is met 13.
