Hi there. You can try to battle Giovanni with level 45s, and they will most likely be able to defeat him. You can even try with level 40s or lower if you have super effective pokemon. His pokemon are: Rhydon, Onix, Persian, Nidoking. Try to use potions when needed, and feel free to train your Pokemon on Route 7!
