It seems as if you've deleted your Modest Natu, which was holding a smoke ball. Restoring the pokemon unfortunately doesn't restore the item, but I'll see if I can have the item restored to you. Unfortunately, you've never deleted a Synchronize Modest Natu. However, there is one in your PC right now, incase you didn't see it. In the future, please put recover requests in our Restore Pokemon Megathread.
