Je me connecte sur PRO après 2 ans d'absence.

Lorsque je me suis connecté, on m'a proposé de fusionner mon compte sur le nouveau seveur.

C'est ce que j'ai donc fais. (avant je crois que j'étais sur le serveur Rouge et j'ai accepter la fusion pour arrivé sur le Silver)

 

Mais lorsque je me connecte sur le serveur Silver on m'indique ce message : "Invalid username or Password"

Tandis que je suis sur à 100% que mon mot de passe est correcte, et même quand je l'ai changé l'érreur persiste. (cf screen)

Pourtant quand je me connecte avec le même mot de passe sur le serveur Gold, sa fonctionne, mais il me propose de créer un nouveau personnage.

Donc voilà mon problème, il m'est impossible de me connecter sur le serveur Silver et récupéré mes 31h de jeu.

Une solution ?

The solution may very well be to reset your password through the Dashboard again.

Be careful with showing your Dashboard too much, you usually don't want everyone to see your IP.

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.
