Hi there. Unfortunately there is a Toxic Spikes TM nor Tutor available in PRO yet. This means that you can only get it on pokemon that have it in their moveset. To check if a pokemon has it in its moveset, you can check in your pokedex, once you have the seen data of the pokemon. You can also teach it to pokemon that can learn the move through breeding with the use of our Egg Move Tutor at every Daycare, which you can unlock with the Egg-Moves Quest.
