I've gone over and checked your inventory and it seems as if your EXP Boosts are indeed there, so there is nothing to worry about. This is simply a visual glitch caused by the new client, and will be fixed in due time with a new client that will be released in the near future. You can keep an eye out in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for when it's fixed.
