What have you done before the problem was there?

I created my accoubt and i validate it with the link in the mail.

I waited for space on the server, actually there is approximatly 1500/1850 but i can't connect.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I looked on the forum.

I created a permission with my firewall for PRO.

I have actually been having the same problem Im glad someone has posted about it cause I just thought it was me so hopefully this gets fixed and we get our answer :) :Grin:

Is there an error showing up on the login screen when you're trying to connect?

When i login it will freeze and then unfreeze a little bit after and then say cannot connect to server.

Server is currently offline (probably a crash, and it crashed a few hours ago as well which was probably the initial issue too) you can see server status on the main page or in the upper right hand corner of the client.

When I try to connect, the only message i have is "Can not connect to server...", and if the server is down, how can players connect and play to PRO actually i don't understand...

Got the same problem (as said on another topic).

Even if there is space (for exampe 1500/1850 online) i cannot connect to the server. Yes i have the newest version, yes the server was online (checked it 10 times) and yes my account is not banned :Grin:

Have this problem since... i guess 4 hours. And as far as is see some people have the same problem.

Maybe some accounts got buggy?
