Hello, the other related postings aren't that helpful so here is my problem:

I just busted into the galactic building in eterna, battled through all the NPCs, talked to Jevons and found Dragonite, battled Zubat, Skuntank, the Bronzor dude and found this balloon Pokemon. Now i searched every space for the last Pokemon to continue. referred to guides it should be on the 2nd floor, but it isnt there. I relogged and relaunched but no help.

Hi there. This is a visual error. Can you please delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client here? Let me know if this fixes the issue for you.

Ok i removed all PRO files and dl the client anew. But still no change. For clearance, i dont play on Android, i play on my computer at home.
