Hi im in Goldenrod city I deafeated the gym beat whitny. I ecounter sudowoodo and I think ohh okay i go back to goldenrod flower shop and get the bottle. but in the flower shop the npc that gives you the bottle is not there. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Hi there. Could you please delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here? Let me know if this fixes your issue.
