I asked many times in chat but noone answered. Singham Posted July 22, 2015 Share Posted July 22, 2015 As Xhaj pointed please search similar topics before posting and to answer your question some legendaries with base stat are catchable but it's difficult to even encounter them and as for pseudo-legendaries they are catchable, ev reduction berries will be available.
