hola y buenas noches, tengo un problema con mi cuenta que no me deja guardar pokemon en la pc y menos sacarlos, no puedo cambiar la posicion de mis pokemon antes de una batalla. tengo un bug y no se que pasa y es solo en esta cuenta porque la otra no tiene problema alguno. necesito saber que puedo hacer y que no sea instalar el juego otra vez porque ya lo intente varias veces y nada

I would like to inform you that this is happening because of a bug that was "transforming" all the Pokémon you were catching in Pokémon native of Kanto. So, if you were doing Johto/Hoenn/Sinnoh story, your pokemon caught would be all blocked into your team.

 

I would like to inform you that the bug has been now fixed, but some Pokémon may be still stuck cause they were caught before that the bug has been fixed.

 

There is nothing you can do about it, and downloading again the game won't help you.

The only thing you can do is wait for a reply of PRO STAFF, that is really profressional and will surely help you to move them in your PC.

A mi me pasa lo mismo tengo un Golduck que no puedo meter a la pc ni moverlo y no puedo sacar Pokémons de kanto de mi pc
