Hey, I'm a returning player and I played a lot about a year or two ago, I have a lot of progress on my main account and although im able to login to forums etc, I literally CANNOT logon into the new silver server. I merged my blue server account and it says on the dashboard that my account is there and active, but when I go to login to the silver server on the latest client [not an update problem its been like this with the client before the latest one] it simply says invalid username or password, even though my details are correct and I can login to gold server fine [i have no progress at all on that server] any possible fixes for this? Really want to get back into playing but this has really annoyed me.

Hello Cryocide,

 

I'm extremely sorry about this inconvenience. This is not an unusual issue for players after completing the merge. It can be easily resolved by changing your password to something alpha-numerical here. You may have to do this several times.
