Please do note that you have to talk to Lapras in Pallet Town between 12 p.m and 1 p.m Poketime and you'll get teleported to Faraway Island. Currently, it's 01:53am in the Gold server. You can check poketime by doing ^poketime in #bot-commands in our Official PRO Discord. Hope this clarifies thing for you.
