Hi there. You'll have to Run PRO as an Administrator. To do so on Windows 10, please follow the directions here. For windows 7, follow the directions here.

step one... "this app" would be the WinRAR? Windows 10... It's different

Hi there. Please try to right click the app and see if you have the run as Administrator button? If not, could you please try to select the Advanced option in your screenshot and run it as Administrator there?
