Character Avatar Issue?

Hi could someone assist me please? Since the Halloween update I havent able to see the character models for anything(Player/NPC and Pokemon). I have a screenshot below.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Before anything, could you please delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here? Do note that this error is caused by having a rather old system. You can try to update your graphical drivers and operating system in the mean time, while we look into getting a fix for this issue.

 

Let me know if you need anything else.
