What contains this new update with server shutdown?

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience and the downtime. As quoted from Walrosskastanie's announcement on Discord,

Server is up, all excavation sites have been updated with new spawns. New fossils have been added. Shiny stones no longer have special spawns, they only have a higher chance to get rare Pokemon. Fossils are no longer MS-only. Pickaxe is no longer needed for shiny stones.
