Hi there. The requirements to go to Trainer's Valley are as follows:

✻ Fought Red at Mount Silver.

✻ Completed Subway Quest.

✻ Caught data of 120 Kanto Pokemon.

✻ 38 Evolved Pokemon.

 

Once you have all of the requirements, please do the following:

Step 1: Go to the Saffron/Goldenrod Train Station.

Step 2: Take the train for 5k.

Step 3: Select the Trainer's Valley Option for an extra 10k.

 

Once in Trainer's Valley, follow the steps here to get to the Unknown Place. If you need further help or visual aid, feel free to check the Trainer's Valley Guide. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
