Client crash

My client keeps crashing , I have to try 20 - 30 times until the game finaly open.

Does anyone could help me out here. Thanks

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to reinstall the client? If this doesn't fix your issue, please try the following.

• Run the game in compatibility mode

• Update your Display/Graphical Drivers

• Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus

• Update your Windows Version

• Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space

• Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

Win 7 64 bits 6 Gb Ram

 

I'm playing PRO right now and it is running very well , the only probleme is this client crash.

Once I managed to open the client I can play without any issues.

Well it's still annoying , start client . exe -- > crash , start it again --> crash until it works somehow.

Having a freeze in game so I have to close my game this routine starts again, crash and crash until it works with some luck.

 

I guess there is no solution for my problem you may close this thread I will stop playing PRO.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience and delayed response. Could you please try what's stated in our Windows 7 Crash guide? If it doesn't work, please try the following:

1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2. Disable anti-virus program

3. Restart computer

 

Also could you try to remove cache and cookies and reinstall the game from another browser? Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client. Let me know if you need anything else.
