Fallo de email

Tengo un amigo intentando registrarse y dice q no le llega el email.este es su correo

Could you please try to make your friend resend the activation email with the procedure you find at this link: RESEND.

If this should not work yet, please try with a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome.

Also which email provider are you using? Generally, GMAIL, YAHOO and OUTLOOK are the most reliable to use to register a new account.

 

Also, if this should not work, try to do the procedure using your smartphone.

 

Be sure to check If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.

 

Also, plese refrain to post your personal info (e.g email, ip, etc) in public cause they are part of your privacy.

 

Let us know if you've been successful in solving your issue.

hola, yo tengo un problema similar . yo si pude registrarme desde el celular , pero es imposible jugarlo ahí se ve todo muy pequeño, por lo que descargué el juego en mi laptop, pero al momento de querer iniciar sesión, me sale una ventana flotante en el juego que dice que ya me mandaron un correo para autorizar el dispositivo y sale un link en celeste para reenviar el correo, le doy doble clic , me redirige a una pagina para completar un captcha, lo hago y dice que ya se me envió el correo, pero por más que busco, no me ha llegado ningún correo,¿ podrías ayudarme por favor?

PD: Por cierto cuando di doble clic en el link celeste, en más de una ocasión me desinstaló o movió de lugar el acceso directo de Firefox en el escritorio de mi laptop y tuve que reinstalarlo varias veces, al final perdí todos mis datos de mi cuenta en Firefox . Les escribí al grupo de soporte de Firefox para ver si hay alguna manera de recuperar mi información, así que espero que me respondan pronto. Simplemente te lo dejo saber ya que no sé por qué ocurrió eso y tal vez a alguien más le pasó lo mismo.
