Can you specify your problem a bit more? Raikou appears a few times in the game, of which Raikou are you talking about and in which way did it disappear?

so, at which point did you re-log, after the Guardian Battle, after you was in the battle screen against Raikou or at a other part?

Also, could you please check your win streak for the Raikou Guardian at any cooldown checker (Celadon Office 2F, Goldenrod City House 1, Slateport City House 1, Canalave House 1)?

i finisjed battling the guardian and raikou spawned i relogged to change to my mobile internet so i dont dc mid fight and when i returned he was gone this photo was tsken before i relogged to show my discord friends .
