I have uninstalled and attempted to reinstall, only to be met with an "app did not install" message. Previously tried installing over the old apk, like an update usually does, did not install. Could you please delete all your PRO Files (Unisntall the game), clear your app history and trash bin, restart your phone, then reinstall the new client found here? If this doesn't work, please try the following: Reset App Permissions Clear Cache and Cookies and reinstall the game from another browser.
