Off hours usually start around 8ish EST, I think. Not sure exactly, but I know the later into the night it gets my time, there starts to be like 100-400 open slots.

I totaly agree i live in Canada, Quebec in the hours 8 am to 9 pm i cannot play because server alway full this is starting to be annoying a bit because i have pay for membership and i totaly cannot play this mean we are just paying for nothing .

 

If admin get a head they can look at how many account in game they have and see around how many player they have and add maybe 200-1000 slot more !

It really isn't that hard to log-in if you try consequentially for five-ish minutes, if that long at all. And there's usually about a six to nine-ish hour period where the game has around 600 free spots. Currently, it's 3:11 PM for me. The time when the game usually clears up a bit for me is around 7 or 8 PM.

You're not paying for access to the server as a Member. You're donating for some perks. If you don't like this, you can always stop donating but that only will make the problem worse because they expand the servers from donations.

 

As people have said, you can get in during any time of the day just by doing multiple attempts to log in. Also servers will not be increased that much so quickly. It would cause problems. They have been increasing it by increments 50 to keep the servers stable.

not being racist, but we have many french players here.

My timezone is pretty an opposite of french timezone and i have no trouble to online during french non rush hour since server is not full.

Question is. Are you going to increase the server bandwith then? It is a problem for members and non-members alike. What causes the server to be full is quite obvious. But is it being worked on or is it a project far away in the future?
