Hey there.

The Pangoro hat is only obtainable via the PvP shop, as far as I know.

PVP coins are obtained through ranked battling, granting you 1 PVP coin per win.

At the end of the season, should you happen to be in the uppermost 25 of each server, you will be granted an additional amount of PvP coins for your hard work!

You can check the amount of PvP coins you have through your Trainer Card.

The Pangoro hat costs 100 coins, while the cloak costs 250, should you be interested in both parts of it.

You can check the PvP shop at the PvP coin master of each region (all regions have the same items available).

Kanto - Vermilion.

Johto - Olivine.

Hoenn - Mauville.

Sinnoh - Canalave.
