Hello folks,

I just tried logging into the Silver server and got the error message "Invalid Username or Password". However, when I log into Gold with the same account info, it works just fine. I do want to play silver because I have no progress on Gold (so it started by introducing me to Prof. Oak when I tested to see it worked on that one). Some information that could be related to the problem:

1) I just merged my Red/Blue accounts with red as my main account about 15 minutes ago

2) I just changed my password because I couldn't figure out how to log in about 20 minutes ago

3) According to the Dashboard, there is a different IP address associated with my Silver account than my Gold account

4) The information I entered IS correct (checked character for character)

Could this be because I just recently changed my password and the game hasn't registered the change yet? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

EDIT: A second password reset solved the issue. Anyone else with a similar issue should look at this.

Q: I'm getting an "Invalid Password" error, what do I do?

A: If you haven't yet merged your accounts, please do so in your dashboard and it should resolve your issue.

 

Also, take note that sometimes you may have to change your password more than once to make it work, like it happened for you now, and also making sure that it is alphanumerical.

 

However, i'm happy to see that your issue has been solved. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
