Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The current encounter rate for the Christmas pokemon is 1/1000. As for the natures, I've already mentioned that they need to be PvP Natures. You can check in Smogon which are good natures for each pokemon. You can do this by doing ^smogon <Pokemon> in #bot-commands of our Official PRO Discord.
